The volatile technology industry has long been the next frontier of business as society moves in a direction that is dominated by the transfer of information. Building a business in this field where the gauge of relevance is a constantly moving target and a difficult task.
Santosh joined Klub Klass, a content developer for pharmaceutical companies as a designer of multimedia content. Santosh a multitasker had an opportunity to supplying about one hundred thousand DVDs and CDs of various quantities in customized packing’s, in a short span of two years.
Then in Chawla Multimedia first as a design manager learning the processes in place, of the company and the nuances of an ever-changing industry.

Since, he has taken an active role in continuing the vision of the company while seeking continuous improvement in Chawla’s systems, processes and strategy implementation he is chief designer leading the team not only for replication but further to the digital marketing of companies on social media.

In his free time, Santosh enjoys American serials and action movies, photography, travel, and is a devoted, Bangloriean .

As Founder Ram is charged with keeping the company pushing forward, from business development to 'project evangelism' to rolling up his sleeves for the hands-on work that goes along with day to day operations.

Ram’s vast work experience since 1990 brings together a balance of both business and technology; before starting he worked for several years as a videographer specialist. Following his passion for technology, worked with T-Series, one of the largest DVD and CD distribution company in India. Authoring the master DVD and CD with interactivity, and designing menus.
Ram made the move to the multimedia sector, it was this experience of the producer in the end-user 'technology world' that inspired him to build a media firm that offers the industry's highest level of personalized support while demystifying technology for small and medium sized businesses.
Realizing that many businesses didn't know where to start in terms of marketing their business using multimedia tools, Ram went to work on designing the framework that would put technology to work for business owners who had yet to embrace the New Media.
To this day, Chawla MultiMedia offers a number of services and products designed to help make business more profitable while specializing in digital media via DVD, CD, and Blu-Ray.

SUNIL
Senior Executive
Sunil is a customer-driven IT specialist with 10+ years of experience in the hardware and development of digital solutions. Prior to joining Chawla MultiMedia, Sunil was a Design Developer for Government organization in Bangalore developing and supporting a number of multimedia presentations for seminars and exhibitions. During this time Sunil also had the opportunity to work at several local start-ups doing volunteer multimedia work giving him a chance to experience how an IT environment operates in both a small and large company.
Areas of expertise include Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, video encoding, Director, Flash, coral-draw for functional interactive presentations viewed on different platforms.
Outside of the office, you can find him in one of three places, the Mcd, in the home office working on personal design related projects, or finding online deals, while watching a movie.
